Do you build scheduling and rota systems?
Yes. We build custom, mobile-first scheduling tools with shift swaps, real-time availability and automated compliance alerts. Given the notice requirements coming into force, we treat the audit trail of who changed what, and when, as part of the core build rather than a reporting extra.
Can you help us improve employee retention?
We build the tools that support it. Streamlined comms, recognition features and integrated wellbeing tools all remove friction from the parts of a job people leave over. The flexibility itself is your policy decision, and the software's job is to make it possible to run at scale.
Do you offer performance tracking or training portals?
Yes. We design dashboards and portals that support continuous development, feedback loops and easy access to learning content. These usually integrate with systems you already run, so records stay in one place instead of being rekeyed by someone on a Friday afternoon.
When do the new shift notice rules actually apply?
The government's published timeline places the duty to give reasonable notice of shifts, along with guaranteed hours and payment for cancelled shifts, in 2027. A rota you cannot evidence becomes a compliance problem on that date, so the audit trail is cheaper built in now than retrofitted against a fixed deadline.
Will our supervisors and frontline staff actually use it?
Adoption is an interface problem before it is a feature problem. If a supervisor cannot swap a shift in under a minute on a cracked screen in bad light, the spreadsheet comes back. CIPD research finds around three in five employers offer frontline and non-remote staff some flexibility, most often on shift scheduling.
