We understand that every project is unique and a degree of flexibility is essential. That being said, we’ve honed our process over the years and you’ll benefit from our bank of tried and tested methods of project progression. This can be broken down into five key phases, from initial discovery to the ongoing improvements.
Our product team comprises skills in both product management and development, meaning they can generate technical solutions to queries across the design and development teams.
Our Growth team is focused on ensuring projects in the pre-discovery phase are managed effectively, all the way from the first point of contact, to handover to the product, design and development teams during Discovery. Comprised of Matt, Hamish and Paul, the team brings together backgrounds in commercial management, product management, marketing and research.
The Development team is headed up by Rob, with Andy L leading Front End Development and Luke Hussey leading Back End. The team also includes a suite of developers with varied backgrounds, brining together a mix of skills that can be applied to a myriad of technology and product types.
The Arch team is packed full of people from all types of backgrounds. It's this diversity that allows us to work collaboratively, and deliver products that meet a range of user goals and requirements. The delivery of a single project is a joint effort from team members in all departments, each bringin a special addition to the journey of working with Arch.
