We partnered with Smile White to reimagine its digital platform, designing a high-performance website experience that would support ambitious growth plans and reinforce its position as one of the UK's leading premium cosmetic dentistry brands. Designed around conversion, clinical trust, and long-term scalability, the platform was designed to deliver a seamless customer journey from first click to consultation.

Working closely with Smile White's stakeholders, we explored how the website could become far more than a digital brochure. Through collaborative discovery workshops, UX strategy sessions, and technical planning, we designed a platform that balanced premium aesthetics with measurable commercial performance.
Every element of the experience was mapped against a simple objective: reduce friction between discovery and consultation.
The proposed experience centred around a lightweight, mobile-first architecture built with Next.js and React, delivering exceptional performance while providing the flexibility required to support high-volume marketing campaigns. A headless Payload CMS would give internal teams complete control over content creation through reusable components, allowing new landing pages, promotions, and campaigns to be launched quickly without developer intervention.
Clinical credibility became a defining principle throughout the platform. Rather than relying solely on marketing messaging, trust would be established through prominent Trustpilot integration, verified dentist profiles, before-and-after treatment galleries, patient testimonials, and transparent pricing information. Together, these elements created a reassuring experience that reflected Smile White's position as a dentist-led provider.
Conversion optimisation informed every stage of the customer journey. Clear consultation pathways, simplified appointment booking, postcode-based dentist discovery, interactive treatment comparisons, and strategically placed calls to action were designed to minimise barriers and encourage prospective patients to take the next step.
Behind the scenes, HubSpot integration planned to centralise enquiries, automate lead nurturing, and provide comprehensive attribution across paid media, SEO, and email marketing.
