As OurBike expanded its network of community-hosted cargo bikes, it needed a website that could tell the story clearly — and help users take the next step, whether that’s downloading the app, signing up as a host, or simply learning what an e-cargo bike can do.



Their previous web presence didn’t reflect the maturity or mission of the scheme. Key information was hard to find. Calls to action weren’t consistent. And most critically, the site wasn’t fully aligned with the mobile app launch or the initiative’s broader community ambitions.

We built a public-facing website, designed to guide users from curiosity to confidence. The structure was shaped around clear user journeys — whether someone wants to ride, host a bike, or find out how it all works.



We focused on clarity of language, strong visual cues, and a warm, community-first tone. Practical CTAs (“Try it free”, “Become a host”, “Download the app”) are placed throughout, helping drive meaningful engagement. The responsive layout ensures a seamless experience across desktop and mobile, while the CMS gives the OurBike team freedom to edit content and launch updates with ease.
