EP Assist is currently in pilot with independent Educational Psychologists and Local Authority teams. Early feedback points to time savings, more consistent statutory reporting and high confidence in data security and compliance. Users have praised its ease of use and minimal training requirements.

Planned enhancements, including API integrations with SEND systems, team-wide analytics and multi-user collaboration, are in development to support broader adoption across independent practice and large public services. Early outcomes point to shorter report turnaround times, greater consistency through shared template and outcome libraries, improved service-wide reporting and a scalable framework that fits procurement needs. EP Assist is designed so that efficiency gains do not come at the expense of professional judgement or ethical standards.
