For over 40 years, SMH Products has been a global leader in manufacturing decontamination equipment, specialising in asbestos removal solutions. Operating across the UK, France, Finland, Australia, Spain, and New Zealand, SMH needed a scalable, digital solution to replace their outdated, paper-based testing system.

Their existing manual process presented major challenges:

SMH required a multilingual, digital testing system that would allow staff to work offline, automate validation processes, and improve client communication with real-time results and scheduled retests.

To meet SMH’s needs, we developed a fully integrated solution with a desktop application guiding staff through a structured test process. Offline functionality allowed test results to be stored locally and synced with the cloud when online. A cloud-based web portal centralised test data, equipment certification, and process management. Multimedia support, automated validation, and client email scheduling enhanced accuracy and compliance.
