Strengthening Digital Advocacy for Parents and Carers.
Parents and Carers in the Performing Arts (PiPA) was founded in 2015 to address the challenges faced by parents and carers in the creative industry. Since its inception, PiPA has worked to raise awareness, support industry change, and promote the creative value of a diverse workforce through data-backed insights and advocacy efforts.
While PiPA had an established online presence, their existing website lacked the functionality and flexibility needed to support their growing initiatives. They required a centralised platform that could:

We worked closely with PiPA to develop a modular, scalable website that integrates key functionalities to support members, showcase industry achievements, and drive advocacy efforts. By ensuring flexibility for future iterations, we created a sustainable, adaptable platform that can evolve alongside PiPA’s initiatives, supporting ongoing advocacy, industry engagement, and organisational growth.
Key enhancements include a members' resource area providing streamlined access to industry reports, toolkits, and partner resources; a built-in survey host to collect valuable data and strengthen evidence-based advocacy; a user-friendly member portal for profile creation and demographic data submission; and an intuitive content management system (CMS) that gives PiPA full control over content updates, enabling them to remain responsive and relevant in a dynamic sector.
