About The Client
Hope4U is dedicated to eradicating poverty and fostering financial stability. With years of experience in the vulnerability sector, the organisation supports diverse individuals and families, collaborating with charities, companies, and organisations to build lasting solutions. They understand that financial struggles often have complex, multifaceted causes and seek to address immediate needs while supporting long-term financial resilience.
The Problem
Financial assistance services typically operate within traditional 9-5 hours, presenting a barrier for employed individuals or those with limited mobility, who may find it challenging to access in-person support. In discussions with Hope4U, it became clear that a mobile app would be ideal for reaching people at their convenience, especially for those employed or without permanent housing. The app would need to accommodate users’ varying backgrounds, incomes, and life situations, providing them with relevant, accessible offers and support.
Findr’s concept of "offers" encompassed tailored financial assistance options for individuals meeting specific criteria, such as income level or family size. The app needed to simplify the process of finding and applying for such support, narrowing down applicable resources based on user input and facilitating seamless connections to those services.

Working closely with Hope4U, we crafted Findr, a responsive, user-centred mobile app designed for accessibility and simplicity. The app’s features empower users to explore resources that best match their specific financial situations. Key functionalities include:
